Summary:
We started class today on Mr. Rivers reminding us that our argumentative speech is due at 11:59 on Wednesday posted to classroom and turnitin.com. Then, we all went on turnitin.com to make sure we had an account and enrolled in Mr. Rivers class. Class ID: 17863957. Enrollment key: documentary. We continued to talk about plagiarism and how Mr. Rivers is expecting 0% plagiarism. After, we talked about MLA format and went through a sampler to help us with ours. We discussed how a heading should be name, class, teacher, due date. Header should be last name, page #. Spacing is double spaced. Title is in plain text and centered. Font/color/size is 12, TNR, black. Works cited is double space, separate page, alphabetical order (Number above), hanging indent (backspace, enter, tab). The end of the class we looked at our speeches and tried to fix things that we went over or missed.

An extension that extends what we learned in class to the world at large:
We have learned how to change our assignments for the better. In the future we will be able to look back at samples and figure out the right formats.
